We're here with one simple goal: to provide a safe, honest, and enjoyable gaming experience for every user in Indonesia. This is the story behind gula77.
Gula77 is more than a name. To us, it represents a commitment built from a direct understanding of what Indonesian players have always needed from an online gaming platform: real security, a hassle-free process, and games that are genuinely fun.
We started with a simple question: why do so many platforms look great on the surface but disappoint once you actually use them? Overly complex bonus terms, unexplained withdrawal delays, or unresponsive customer service. That's what drove our team to build Gula77 from the ground up, to a different standard.
Since its launch, gula77 has grown not through large advertising budgets, but through consistently delivering experiences worth recommending to friends and family. Our growth reflects the trust placed in us by hundreds of thousands of active members who have chosen gula77 as their platform of choice.
There are plenty of online gaming platforms out there. But here are a few things we do differently — and better:
Transparency, without compromise. Every promotion's terms, each game's RTP value, and our withdrawal policy are all openly displayed. Nothing is buried in fine print. If anything changes, we notify members before the change takes effect — not after.
Serious security. The gula77 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions and personal data. We do not store payment card information on our servers. Our account verification system is integrated with industry-standard KYC protocols, ensuring every account belongs to a legitimate user.
Withdrawals, made hassle-free. This is the number one complaint in the industry. At gula77, withdrawals are designed to be processed quickly — not over days. As long as there are no reasonable verification issues, your wins should be in your hands within minutes, not hours.
We believe gaming should remain a fun and controlled form of entertainment. That's why gula77 actively promotes responsible gaming as a core part of the platform's identity, not merely a regulatory obligation. Betting limit settings, play time reminders, and easy access to support resources are available to all members without exception.
At the same time, we understand that when someone chooses to play, they want the best experience possible. That's why we continuously expand our game selection, refine the interface, streamline the deposit process, and train our support team to be more responsive and solutions-focused.
Gula77 is about that balance — responsible entertainment, human-centered service, and technology that never gets in the way of your experience.
What you see is what you get. No hidden traps in any of our terms.
Member data and funds are our top priority, protected with encryption and strict security protocols.
Every product decision we make starts with one question: is this good for our members?

Gula77 wasn't built overnight. It's the result of a long process, shaped by member feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The core gula77 team began building the platform infrastructure with a focus on transaction security and fast access for Indonesian users. In-depth research was conducted to understand the habits and needs of local players.
Gula77 officially launched with an initial library of around 150 games. Feedback from our first members became the primary guide for future feature development. The first weekly cashback program was introduced.
Live Casino category added with real dealers, along with sports betting integration. Game collection grew rapidly past 300 titles. VIP system launched for loyal members.
Major server infrastructure upgrades to ensure faster game loading speeds and platform stability. Active member count surpassed 50,000. A new automated withdrawal system was implemented.
Gula77 now serves over 100,000 active members across a library of 500+ game titles. Feature development continues to be guided directly by community feedback.
A great platform is built by a team that cares. Here are some of the key roles working every day to deliver the best experience for you.
Ensuring the platform runs fast, stable, and secure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without interruption.
Monitoring suspicious activity, protecting member accounts, and maintaining the integrity of every transaction.
Ready to answer questions and resolve member issues at any time via responsive live chat.
Selecting and integrating games from trusted providers, keeping the library fresh and high quality.
At gula77, we don't bury responsible gaming features in a hidden corner just to tick a box. It's a core part of how we operate and how we view our long-term relationship with members.
We believe a healthy platform is one that gives users the tools to control their own experience — not one that quietly encourages excessive behavior for short-term gain.
